National Green Building Materials Product Certification (Three-Star Level)
Promoted jointly by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, this is currently the most authoritative green building materials evaluation system in China.
The certification covers five major indicators: energy saving, emission reduction, safety, convenience, and recyclability. Among these, production energy consumption, raw material utilization rate, and carbon emissions per unit product directly reflect the energy efficiency level of the production line.
Companies that have obtained this certification, such as Guiyang Tianchen Sanjiang, have achieved a significant improvement in energy efficiency, with one operator replacing six in their automated production lines, increasing daily dry-mixed mortar production capacity from 60 tons to 600 tons.
ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certification
Applicable to the overall energy management of manufacturing enterprises, requiring the establishment of a systematic energy use monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement mechanism.
Taishan Gypsum (Nantong) Co., Ltd. has passed this certification, demonstrating that its production lines possess scientific energy consumption monitoring and control capabilities.
Certification means that the company can provide traceable energy consumption data reports, providing a basis for energy efficiency assessment.
China Environmental Label Product Certification (Ten-Ring Certification)
While not directly targeting equipment, it sets requirements for the environmental performance of building materials, forcing production lines to adopt low-energy consumption and low-emission processes.
The application requires the submission of a production process flow chart and energy consumption list, indirectly promoting equipment energy efficiency upgrades.
