Production Process (Step by Step)

3-Month Defect Coverage
Within 3 months, if the vacuum pump, motors, or air compressor fails due to the machine's own quality problem, the buyer sends a problem report to the seller. The seller will provide a new replacement immediately.

After Warranty
After the guarantee period, the seller will send engineers upon the buyer's request. All expenses for the engineer (travel, accommodation, etc.) are borne by the buyer's company. Service charges will be negotiated between both parties.
