A Fiber Cement Board Making Machine produces fiber cement boards through a one-time molding process. No high temperature. No high pressure. The production line runs with high mechanical precision. It needs fewer workers than traditional methods. No waste water, waste gas, or waste residue comes out during production. Eight systems make up this line: material storage, polystyrene particle pre-delivery, automatic feeding, sandwich material mixing, molding machine, pouring system, mold circulation, and product casting molding. It can produce calcium silicate cement fiber pressure plate sandwich composite boards.
