Product Overview: Simple and Clean Packing
This drop packer uses a single dropping head instead of multiple grippers. Bottles are separated into lanes, arranged into rows by servo-controlled guides, then released through a drop port directly into a waiting carton. The carton rises to meet the bottles, reducing the fall distance to under 100mm. This controlled drop prevents neck damage and label scuffing.
