Product Overview: Simple and Clean Packing

This drop packer uses a single dropping head instead of multiple grippers. Bottles are separated into lanes, arranged into rows by servo-controlled guides, then released through a drop port directly into a waiting carton. The carton rises to meet the bottles, reducing the fall distance to under 100mm. This controlled drop prevents neck damage and label scuffing. Drop port construction

The drop port is made of polished stainless steel SUS304 with rounded edges. No sharp corners that could scratch labels or deform bottle caps. The port width is servo-adjustable, so changing bottle diameters does not require manual reconfiguration.

Carton lift platform

Unlike basic drop packers that drop bottles from a fixed height, our platform rises as the carton fills. The lift uses a servo-driven scissor mechanism with position feedback. 4. Can it handle different bottle sizes and case patterns?

Yes. The machine stores up to 30 recipes on the PLC. To change from a 500ml bottle to a 1.5L bottle, select the new recipe on the touch screen. The servo-controlled lane dividers adjust their width automatically. The drop port also opens wider based on the new bottle diameter. Changing case patterns – for example, from 4×3 bottles per layer to 3×4 – requires adjusting the row pusher settings on the screen. Total changeover time is 5–8 minutes. No tools are needed for most adjustments.

5. What happens if a bottle tips over before the drop port?

The machine has a row straightener just before the drop zone. Spring-loaded side guides realign bottles as they enter. A photoelectric sensor checks each row position.
