How the Green Process Works
The production flow follows eight steps: ingredient dosing → blending → shaping → pressing → curing → cutting → surface sanding → stacking. Compared to conventional lines, this system introduces environmental improvements at specific stages:
Material input: Recycled calcium silicate board offcuts can be added to the raw mix, turning waste into a resource.
Mixing and shaping: A low-noise mixer works alongside a low-dust press, cutting emissions of both dust and noise at their source.
Curing: Instead of relying solely on external heating, the system recovers waste heat from the press and cutting units to help warm the curing zone. This improves curing uniformity while trimming external energy demand.
Environmental support equipment: Pulse-jet dust collectors, acoustic enclosures, and a closed-loop wastewater treatment system keep particulate levels, noise, and effluent within national limits. Every kilogram of waste material is recycled - 100% utilization.
