Products Description

 

1. Three-pass wet-back structure

A corrugated furnace and quasi-elastic construction are used. Safety and reliability are ensured by this design. A large heating area is also provided.

2.Threaded smoke pipes

Heat transfer is significantly improved by these pipes. Dust accumulation is reduced. Safety, reliability, and energy efficiency are all maintained at high levels.

3.Removable smoke box doors

Both front and rear doors can be removed. Boiler operation, maintenance, and repair are made much easier by this feature.

4. Advanced controller

Timing control is included. Operation records of white metal components are kept. Leak detection alarms are provided. Pressure protection, temperature regulation, and water shortage prevention are all built in.

5. Condensing heat exchanger (optional)

Q:1.What is a hot water boiler?

Water is heated by this equipment using fuel. The hot water is then circulated through pipes to radiators, floor heating systems, or process equipment. Lower pressure operation is achieved compared to steam boilers. Safer and simpler operation is the result. When the optional condensing heat exchanger is added, thermal efficiency exceeds 95%.

Q:2.How is this different from a steam boiler?

High-pressure steam is produced by steam boilers at high temperatures. More safety valves, more inspections, and more skilled operators are required. Lower pressure operation is used by hot water boilers. No steam traps, flash tanks, or condensate return lines are needed. For space heating or low-temperature processes, a hot water boiler is the appropriate choice.

Q:3.What does the three-pass wet-back structure do?

Three times through the boiler, flue gas passes before exiting. The corrugated furnace is used for the first pass. Threaded smoke pipes are used for the second and third passes. Water surrounds the combustion chamber in a "wet-back" design. More heat is absorbed by this configuration, and thermal stress is reduced. No refractory brick replacement is needed every 2-3 years.

Q:4.Why are threaded smoke pipes used instead of smooth ones?

Smooth pipes allow hot gas to slide through with minimal contact. Turbulence is created by threaded pipes. The pipe wall is scrubbed by swirling gas. Heat transfer is increased by 1.5 to 2.1 times. Less dust accumulation also occurs on threaded pipes. High efficiency is maintained for longer periods.

Q:5.What does the condensing heat exchanger add?

Hot flue gas leaves the boiler without this unit – typically 150°C or higher. Energy is wasted at that temperature. Heat is captured by the condensing heat exchanger. Latent heat from water vapor in the flue gas is also captured. Exhaust temperature drops. Efficiency rises from the low 80s to over 95%. Fuel savings of 10-15% are typical.

Timing control is provided by the advanced controller. White metal operation records are maintained. Leak detection alarms are included. Pressure protection, temperature control, and water shortage prevention are all built in. Visual inspection is allowed by the removable smoke box doors.
