1. Raw Material Preparation and Crushing
Large lumps of desulfurization gypsum are first fed uniformly into a crusher via a feeding system; after crushing, they are reduced to small particles (≤5 mm), thereby creating the necessary conditions for subsequent drying and grinding.


2. Drying Treatment
The crushed gypsum particles undergo moisture control using hot-air drying equipment to reduce their moisture content to ≤5%, thereby ensuring grinding efficiency and preventing dust agglomeration.


3. Fine Grinding
Qualified, dried gypsum particles are fed into a grinding mill to undergo pulverization, producing high-quality gypsum powder characterized by uniform particle size and controllable fineness. The grinding equipment offers flexible operation, allowing the powder's coarseness to be adjusted to suit various applications.


4. Classification and Screening
The ground gypsum powder undergoes screening via a classification system to ensure the finished product meets the required particle size standards.
